• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
• Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear)
• Gift cards

Return Process
Initiate a Return:
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@focuspix.store with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
Return Authorization:
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping:
• You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval:

Exchange Process:
